Everyone is different and their needs are different ... If you can provide information on the types of property that you are interested in (house, apartment, no of bedrooms, size), preferred location and budget range that would be very helpful. That's why our viewing trips are one to one only, which means we work exclusively with you, looking at properties and areas that suit your budget and your requirements.

Our inspection trip are usually 4 days ( three nights )including your travel date, you can be sure to receive the best advice and help during your visit with us, and we will put as much emphasis on "location" as we do in showing you properties.

INSPECTION TRIP ITINERARY

DAY 1
You will be welcomed at the Antalya airport by a representative from The Yegin Group properties who will take you to a selected 4 Star Yegin Group hotel where you will stay during your inspection trip. Our airport transfer is € 50 one way for up to 4 people which is much cheaper than taxi fare. We also have vehicles for larger groups. Airport transfer fare is refunded if visitors purchase any property from us.

DAY 2
After breakfast (at approximately 10am) our English speaking property specialist will collect you from your accommodation and take you to our office for an informal welcome meeting. There you will be provided with information on properties which meet your specifications and details of our new developments. Your property specialist will then take you to show the local town and beaches and view the properties you have selected and lunch at a selected Restaurant Thereafter; you will be taken back to your accommodation where you will have free time for the remainder of the evening.

DAY 3
After breakfast (at approximately 10am) you will be collected from your accommodation to revisit the properties you short listed from the day before. If you decide to purchase property on this day, you will be able to pay the deposit either by cash, travellers cheque or debit/credit card. You can also open a bank account (optional).We will take you to notary to get your power of attorney to follow the legal and financial paperwork on your behalf.
- You will be accompanied by an qualified English speaking interpreter –Please note that the legal processes can take a maximum of three hours. Afterwards you will be transported to your accommodation where you will have free time for the remainder of the evening.

DAY 4
After breakfast, for your departure from Turkey we will collect you from your accommodation and escort you to the airport for your journey Home.

Traveling under your own steam?

If you have booked a package holiday with your travel agency that includes airport transfer, please tell us the date and time when you would like to be met by our representative and we will then organize your viewing trip as per your own request. Whilst you are in Alanya, you can contact our office at any time to arrange a viewing trip on the spot!

Note:
If you book your inspection trip through us in advance and pay a deposit on a property (non-refundable) during the trip, Yegin Group Properties will refund the cost of your flights ( maximum € 300 ), airport transfers and accommodation to you for a maximum of two adults (sharing a room in hotel accommodation or sharing an apartment).or If you have booked a package holiday with your travel agency that includes airport transfer and pay a deposit on a property (non-refundable) during the trip, Yegin Group Properties will refund the cost of your Holiday package ( maximum € 500 )
